Customer Information

For wholesale customers sending 500–1000 units per month, the rate is £1.15 per unit. For 1001–1500 units, it’s £1.10 per unit, and for 1501+ units, the rate drops to £1.05.

  • All prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the UK rate of 20%.
  • We provide 30 days’ notice for any price increases.
  • *Final prices for complex products will be confirmed during the onboarding process.
  • **We use your boxes if they’re in good condition; otherwise, we charge £3 per box.
  • ***Storage for prepped (ready-to-send) products is free for up to 15 days, with a charge of £0.05 + VAT per unit per day after that.
  • ****Free storage for up to 50 units per month.
  • *****Free storage for up to 15 days; after that, it’s £0.05 + VAT per unit per day.
